FAQ
Frequently asked questions about using Decolare.md and what matters when buying flight tickets
Frequently asked questions
Does Decolare.md sell flight tickets directly?
No. Decolare.md displays and compares flight ticket prices from different airlines and agencies. Booking, payment and ticket issuance happen with the airline or agency you're taken to from our site.
How do I book a ticket through Decolare.md?
Find your destination, compare prices, and go to the airline or agency you choose — booking and payment are completed on their site, under their own rules.
What payment methods are available?
Payment methods are set by the airline or agency you're buying the ticket from: usually bank cards, sometimes e-wallets too. Check the available options at checkout.
Can I choose my seat when booking?
Seat selection is usually available at booking or online check-in on the airline's website, sometimes for a fee. Terms depend on the carrier and the fare chosen.
How do I check in online for my flight?
Online check-in usually opens 24–48 hours before departure on the operating airline's website or app. Check the exact window with your carrier, since it varies between airlines.
Is there a deadline for booking a ticket?
Booking windows and price-hold rules are set individually by each airline or agency. As a rule, the earlier you book, the lower the price and the wider the seat selection.
Can I make changes to a ticket I've already bought?
Whether you can change the date, time or passenger details depends on the fare and the specific airline's rules. For changes, contact the airline or agency you bought the ticket from directly.
Can I cancel my ticket and get a refund?
Cancellation and refund terms are set by the airline or agency that issued the ticket and depend on the fare chosen. Decolare.md does not process refunds — you'll need to contact the ticket seller for that.
I haven't received my e-ticket — what should I do?
Check the spam folder of the email address used at booking, and confirm that payment went through successfully. If the ticket still hasn't arrived, contact the support team of the airline or agency you bought it from.
